Key Responsibilities:

Inventive Cocktail Creation: Develop unique and delicious cocktail recipes that appeal to our diverse clientele. Must be able to experiment with new ingredients and techniques to create signature drinks.
Quality Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare a wide range of cocktails, including classic recipes and custom creations, ensuring each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain an extensive knowledge of spirits, mixers, and the latest trends in the cocktail scene. Should be able to make recommendations and share the history and concept behind each drink.
Engaging Customer Service: Provide an engaging and informative experience for guests, offering insight into the cocktails’ ingredients and preparation methods. Must be able to communicate effectively and entertain guests while crafting drinks.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar: Ensure the bar area is clean and well-organized at all times. Follow all health and safety regulations related to the handling and preparation of beverages.

Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and guide them through our menu, offering recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs.
Efficient Order Handling: Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff. Ensure all orders are prepared to our high standards and served to guests in a timely manner.
Table Management: Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized table setting for guests. Monitor dining areas for seating availability, cleanliness, and safety.
Payment Processing: Accurately manage bill payments and provide guests with a seamless checkout experience.
Feedback Collection: Engage with guests to receive feedback on their dining experience and address any concerns immediately to ensure satisfaction.
